Survey Giveaway: Gifts!

Gifts are an important part of my life. I often send them and I'm lucky to receive them sometimes as well. Because I'm curious to know how you feel about gifts I've decided to ask some questions about them. If you fill out this questionnaire and leave your e-mail address you can win one or more lovely surprise gifts (you know I always make them worthwhile!). I'll of course ask the winner for a wish list first. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my questions and good luck!

The winners of the previous survey giveaways are:

Romance: Alba
Ebooks: Isabelle F.

Survey Giveaway: E-books

I'm curious to see how you feel about ebooks. I would love it if you could answer my questions. One of the participants will receive a lovely prize: everything on the photo and a $10 gift card for an e-book shop of your choice.
If you've already read (one) of the books feel free to still enter as there are several other titles I can replace them with.

I will contact the winner via email. All of my giveaways are international.
