#Happymail Update and Giveaway!

1) I sent a huge pile of #happymail to my friends and giveaway winners this weekend. Some of them have already received my envelope, which was quite fast. When I started this project I didn't expect to receive so many positive and warm reactions. I've received a lot of Happy Mail from several of my friend and like to share the photos with you.

 2) Gurd made my day with this wonderful friendship card. I love the cute bear with the flower! She also wrote a sweet message inside which made my day.
Sam sent me these booklets and the button. She also sent me a lovely homemade bookmark. If you want one for yourself, she sells them on Etsy.

3) I love pink and this cat card is really cool! My friend Niekie wrote a poem inside together with a couple of very sweet lines, so I will treasure this forever. She also gave me five envelopes. Until Monday I have #happymail from her every day. Isn't that amazing?!

4) Margaret sent me this cheerful surprise. I love how she wrapped it and inside the bag are some delicious Irish sweets! I can't wait to try the lip balm. I really, really like this!

5) I like owls and pink, so Gurd sent me this great booklet with matching key chain. They are fabulous! Rebecca has sent me such an adorable necklace. I can't wait to wear it!

I want to thank everyone who's sent me mail very much, it's the best surprise there is and I never expected that my Happy Mail project would make me so happy!
Because receiving a surprise in the mail is so much fun, I'm going to give two of my readers the chance again to receive some mail from me.

#HappyMail Project Update + Giveaway!

Some of you may recognize this brand from some things I've sent for my #happymail project. I love BDDesigns! Brenda only ships to the Netherlands and Belgium. Because I want everyone to have a chance to own her lovely items I've decided to give away all items on this photograph to one lucky winner. That way you can create your own Happy Mail!

I've received some lovely postcards and other great surprises! I feel so honored that my friends are sending me happy mail as well! It makes my day to find something nice in my mailbox!

Updates and Romance!

Lisa Angel

Because I've been ill it has been a bit more quiet on my blog lately. I haven't posted a Librarian Lavender story and I hardly managed to write book reviews. I'm on the mend, so it's time to do some catching up. When I'm not feeling well a good romance is perfect to cheer me up. I've only read romantic books recently, so all the reviews will match my theme. I really like love stories, they always make me happy, and I've read several great ones I can highly recommend.
I'm not going to stop my Happy Mail project yet. I've managed to send out a lot of cards and envelopes. The giveaway will end tomorrow, but I'm going to continue sending mail and therefore I will host a new one. I like sending a lovely message to someone and as my project has been a huge succes I'm going to keep sharing the love. I will make sure all my happy mail is going to be romance themed this week.
I'm planning on writing a Lavender love story and I've also decided to write a story about one of Lavender's friends. I also have good news. My Gina novella is almost finished and I've had so much fun writing it. It was never a struggle, I loved every single minute I spent with Lavender's great friend. Writing that romantic story has put me in such a happy and cheerful mood. I can't believe I did it, but even while I was sick and needed to take heavy antibiotics to beat my nasty infection I kept the appointment I had with Gina every single day.
I've done several online shopping posts and as people seem to like them I will keep writing them. It will be so much fun to select some romantic items for you. I will also host a fantastic giveaway of items that look so sweet and cute. Make sure you won't miss it as it's going to be great.
Last, but not least I want to thank everyone who's sent me messages and sometimes even mail to cheer me up. It was great to find so many loving and caring e-mails, twitter messages and Facebook chats every day. It meant a lot to me!

Sent and Received!

These two lovely items are a gift. I've ordered them from Temptation Gifts and can't wait to receive them. What's better than a mirror that tells you how good you look? And I love the smell of honeysuckle. It's my favorite Cath Kidston product.

This is something I've ordered today in Lisa Angel's webshop. I like gifts like that and this shop has so many cute little things that will make people smile.

I won a giveaway where I could choose the book I wanted to receive. This book was at the top of my wish list and I'm so happy with it!

I took this photo with my iPad as my camera isn't working at the moment. There's quite a pile of mail waiting to be sent tomorrow. My #happymail project is going well and I'm still having so much fun sending the mail.

Happy Mail For You!

This are some examples of the happy mail I've sent this week. I love Blue Art and Limoon postcards and wanted to share them with my friends. Besides that I have a lot of kawaii cards that I can't wait to write on. The Owl, notebook and chocolate are examples of little gifts I sent to people. I also sent a few e-books. The first envelopes have arrived and they have indeed made people happy. I also sent some random postcards to people I met on twitter. If you want to be part of my project and want to receive a nice surprise in your mailbox as well enter the rafflecopter.

Project #HappyMail The Reason Why

Written as Suzanne

As both Librarian Lavender and Suzanne I'm sending Happy Mail to as many people as possible this week. It's a project I started because I want to send people some love. I started with writing cards and sending small gifts to my friends, but I've also asked on Twitter if someone wanted to receive mail from me. People seem to like my project. I think it's a good idea if we all start to send mail again. It's so nice to receive a card or something else in your mailbox or inbox. It doesn't matter if it's snailmail or e-mail, anything to make someone's day is perfect really. I like my project so much that I think I'm going to continue doing it for a while. I won't stop at the end of this week.
I've received A Summer to Remember this afternoon as Happy Mail from one of my friends. It was such a nice surprise and it made my day. It was an amazon gift waiting for me in my inbox. The friend who sent it to me, Katie, is also the person who inspired me to do this. She often sends me a nice postcard or a small gift just to let me know she's thinking about me. She has made so many of my days lately and I'm grateful for that. I want to share that experience with other people, so they know what it feels like to receive something that will make them happy as well.
