1) What's your best Christmas memory?
This is an easy question - my son was born on Christmas Day :)
2) What are your 3 favourite Christmas reads?
This year:

3) If you could choose one person, dead or alive, to celebrate a one time special Christmas with, who would you choose and why?
Florence Nightingale ... I wanted to be a nurse from the age of 5 and she inspired me to go on and become one.
4) What are your thoughts about Santa?
I love Santa .. there is something magical about Christmas so we should let kids believe for as long as they want to.
5) What are your best and worst Christmas gifts and why?
My best present of course has to be my son (Christmas baby)
My worst was when I was a child and my grandmother gave me a piece of coal because she said it was supposed to be lucky!! At the time I wasn't very impressed lol, but I can now see she possibly had good intentions!
6) Your favourite Christmas song?

I love the fairylights & decorations, carols and the lead-up to the big day .. least favourite is either cooking or clearing up afterwards!

11) Do you perhaps know what gifts you're going to receive?
I have no idea .. but I always make a wish that I could have a cure for my cancer .. one day!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite memories are from spending the weekend at my grandparents. We’d have a huge family dinner with aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters, brothers and all the us kids.
ReplyDeleteLoved the Q and A with Alison. I almost had a Christmas baby. My son was born on the 18th so he was born exactly a week before Christmas. My favourite Christmas movie is Elf or Muppets Christmas Carol (still a big kid) 😁 🎄🎅🎄🎅

ReplyDeleteI would love to be able to celebrate christmas with my Grandfather. He died while my mom was in highschool so I never got to meet him, however I do feel and bond with him and he has always been my guardian angel.

ReplyDeleteWhat are your best and worst Christmas gifts and why? My best is my kindle paperwhite because obviously- I love reading books and I don't have a worst, I loved all my Christmas gifts.

ReplyDeleteWhat is Christmas cake? Is it a special type of cake? Every Christmas I make a sock it to me cake, which is something my grandma only made at Christmas time, so it's a wonderful holiday tradition/memory for me.
