  11. Chris Carter - I am Death. But he's my favourite author so had to say that. Honestly though, I've leant it to several people and they have enjoyed it (didn't think I was getting it back once as my friend read it 3 times before handing it over). :)

I'll go for The Autumn Republic by Brian McClellan - the last in the Powder Mage fantasy trilogy, highly recommended if you're a fantasy fan in search of something a little different.
