Dutch Days: Suze Loves Hema & Giveaway

Hema is a Dutch department store which opened its doors in 1926. It's a simple shop with products for everyone. It went through several stages of coolness during the years I've been alive. When I was younger we hardly ever went there, but now I'm a regular visitor. I love the socks, the food, the china and especially the stationery section. The shops vary in sizes, but almost every town with a bit of a shopping center has a Hema.

Hema is also famous because of something else. Their sausages are legendary. They're typically Dutch and they're an inexpensive snack that people really like. The shop is versatile and really practical. If you ever visit the Netherlands, you should visit the store and eat a sausage as it's an important part of our culture.
