Giveaway: The Rest Of My Life, Beauty & Tea


Roses play an important part in The Rest of My Life. That is why I'm giving away a copy of the book together with a lot of lovely rose beauty items, lip gloss, 5 x hand cream, shower gel and shower oil, tea and a keychain. Of course I will also include a kindle copy of The Rest of My Life.

    I love roses! In Barcelona, the big rose day is April 23rd, Saint George's Day, where people give and receive books and roses.

    When I was 18 my boyfriend sent me a single red rose at work for our 3 week anniversary. :) So sweet

    I haven't had one ever. I am too young for that. But there was this one time when my cousin's boyfriend proposed to her. He lined up his friends which each gave her a rose as she climbed up a staircase to a garden. When she reached the top of the staircase and received a bunch of roses and slightly clueless, he appeared and proposed to her. Watching that, I think it was pretty romantic.

    Do Cadbury's Roses count Suze? One Valentine's Day an ex left a trail of them from my front door to my bedroom where there was the most beautiful bunch of roses from his own garden!

    A day after moving into our first home... My hubby came home with a beautiful vase as I didn't own one and a large bouquet of yellow roses. They werebeautiful and lasted for ages with a gorgeous fragrance. It was a lovely bright cheery feel to out new home and made me feel love and appreciated of course x

    I am not a fan of cut roses so my husband bought me a potted mini rose bush ... when I asked him what it was for, he said 'cause I love you'
    we called them my I LOVE YOU roses ... they bloomed for years!

    Well my x (turned into a mad stalker - if you saw me you would wonder why he stalked me lol) sent a dozen red roses to where I worked. NEVER happened before and not looking like it's going to happen any time soon. :) ROMANTIC MOMENT NOT LIKELY TO EVER HAPPEN - I would love to be serenaded by Dave Grohl (yes I am weird lol). :) Give everyone a good laugh, if nothing else. :)

    My most romantic rose moment was on Valentine's Day a few years ago, when my boyfriend hid a dozen roses in my office the night before, so they would be waiting for me first thing the next morning when I came to work ;)

    I am more of a sunflower kind of girl :-) but I love the smell of roses. My perfect dream moment would be: being on a family vacation, nice and warm sunshine with a glass of sweet champagne.
