  8. I live in St. Petersburg, Florida and, over the past few years, there has been quite the boom in local artists. There's about a 5 block area where they've all set up shop. There's metal workers, glass blowers, painters, and jewelry makers too. It's really cool!

  14. Staithes is very famous for its Staithes Group artists, including Dame Laura Knight. The tradition still continues and artists can be seen here all the time. I live right next door to the Staithes Art Gallery, where both well known and beginners flock to hone their skills. Rob Shaw lives here in Staithes and is becoming very well known.

  17. We have a lot of various crafters/artisans in our local area, from wood carving to ironmongery. We also have jewellery makers, papercrafters and local watercolour artists

  19. I live in Glasgow and the craft shows and shops I live the most feature a lot of Charles renie macintosh style designs...I love this style and am always on the lookout for variations on the theme

  20. There are so many wonderful crafters around where I live. I love now that it's warmer because a lot of them will set up booths downtown.
