Going on a Fiction Holiday 1

The weather is great and for a lot of people this time of years means going on a nice, long summer holiday. Unfortunately I'm not one of them. I have no plans at this moment and as I won't be going anywhere for a while I thought it would be nice to go on a dreamy book holiday every now and then. My first holiday destination would be Auchenmor. In Sealed With a Kiss the main characters Kate and Roddy are working on holiday homes. I would love to stay in one of those, to rent it for at least a week until my next fiction holiday will come along. I love watching seals and could do that for hours. I like wildlife and quiet beaches, so I think this island would be perfect for me. Watching the sunset with my boyfriend while drinking a glass of champagne is my ideal type of a romantic summer evening. I think Rachel Lucas has written a perfect holiday read, which will help me through the hot, vacationless weeks ahead of me.

  1. This is such a fantastic idea! I hope to be on a summer holiday eventually but I have no plans so maybe I'll borrow your idea and take a few book holidays.
